On Sunday the crew of Eurolamp WRT was the first who went on the special stages. So they were forced to play cleaner role during first passages on special stages. There weren’t any other troubles for Ukrainian duo.

After previous days problems, Valery Gorban and Vladimir Korsia intended to overcome the final part of Rally Italia Sardegna without any mistakes and to be on the finish of the race for sure. It was the goal for Sunday. On the one hand it was not so difficult task. But it wasn’t a simple one too, especially taking into account how difficult the race road was and call to mind that only in WRC category the third part of 18 started crews hadn’t ended the race for one reason or another.

«After so many problems our crew passed trough we are happy that we are on the finish of the race. And we are pleased to take a few hundreds kilometers of the fight that we got to our experience luggage», — said Vladimir Korsia on the finish of the race.

Valeriy Gorban and Vladimir Korsia occupied 27th row in the final results list of Rally Italia Sardegna 2016 and the last, 12th row in WRC classification.
